A warm still life painting of a few of my favorite things, with soft turquoise figurine, flowered Roseville pottery, antique glass vase with Ivy, and flowerpot with saying "Live". Great for home or office decor, or a gift for a special friend. No frame is necessary, as it the painting is on a deep canvas.
My mother's antique shop was always a place of continuing historical education. I guess that's why I enjoy painting antiques. Each unique object has it’s own history -- the wood patina, the light and hue of a glass object, the purpose behind a tool, family heirlooms, collector's favorites.
